Shipping policy

Overview

Book sets generally ship from our warehouse in Tennessee on business days within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Delays Due to Inaccuracies

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed.

Missing Packages

If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact the shipping provider immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damages

International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any and all dues, duties, import taxes, VAT, etc. The customer is also responsible for handling all documentation, paperwork, and forms required by the country or territory in which they reside.
